KLYM started as a conversation between people who cared too much about their morning routine to accept anything less than exceptional. We opened on North Avenue because Spearfish deserved a place where the coffee was pulled with precision and the donuts were made with the same hands that would serve them to you.

Nothing about this place is an accident. The roast profile, the dough hydration, the glaze consistency — every variable is considered. We're not the biggest coffee shop in town, and we don't pretend to be. What we are is deliberate. And we think you'll taste the difference.
